I have been using the tools now for about 3 1/2 years. The lessons I have learned about myself and others has really helped me to see we are no different than each other. I have learned a very valuable lesson: that no one can make me happy. We are responsible for our own selves, including our happiness, our health and our friendships.
When you learn that you are responsible for your self, you take on a different way of thinking. You begin to make your own conscious descions putting you first. Learning to love and take care of you first. I realize this is a different form of thinking, because most of seem to put others first. Could be our children, our parents, our jobs we put first, but if you understand, then you realize no one else is going to take care of you but you. You learn you are creating your own realities.
By the way I think, the thoughts I have; create the day or hour or minute I am experincing. I now understand that my thought process needed to be changed. To look at another individual knowing this individual was created by God. That since GOD created that individual - then this person is also GOD.
By this I mean, just like the birthname you are given, because of the physical creation of the union between your parents - making you a member of that family. You take on their family name. Within that family you have a unique personality, voice, talents and gifts but within that family you are no different than your brothers or sisters.
Your parents see you as the individual that you are, but they try to mold you as they see you should be. You take after them, taking on their dislikes, their likes. Sometimes we don't even realize we are not thinking for ourselves. We are thinking or doing what pleases others. Learning to think, to act, to be me is a very new and simple concept.
God allows us to be us. He doesn't mold us into what he thinks we should be or what likes or dislikes we should have. I have learned that God allows me to be, who I want to be, or what I want to be.
The tools have assisted me to look at my own uniqueness, the individual that I am . When you put yourself first, there is a renewed happiness that you find.
You find yourself happier than ever before. This happiness flows over to those you love. Creating a much happier enviroment with which to live.

Much of my adult life, I have been seeking and searching for answers to lifes "Mysteries". I attended numerous seminars, lectures, studied various religions - hearing the same messages 100 different ways - Yet thinking how can I make changes.
When I attended my first meeting with Rev. Mark Reese and he channeled "Eyes of the Sparrow", I knew my search had ended. His teachings were simple - not mysterious. I shared his teachings and tapes with my children.
Then one day my daughter Regina from Florida and son Christopher from S. Caorlina called to say they wanted Rev. Reese to baptise their children (Faith, Carson, Paige and Jessica). They felt their children were special and they wanted someone special for the service. At first, I thought it was a great idea - I could make the arrangements.
Then the reality struck me - how can I get the family together when we aren't communicating (since the death of my son Matthew and their grandmothers estate), that night in a message circle I asked "Eyes" how I could make the impossible be possible for this special occasion?
"Eyes" message was simple 1.) honor my children (their divinty) sending them love, light, healing. 2.) state your intention ( my intention was to unite my entire family in peace, unconditional love, harmony and healing) C. Greagory, Stepanie, Jeffrey, Regina, Christopher etc. all. 3.) meditate on the outcome.
It was a tall order. But, I was willing to test the system. If I was to "walk the walk" I want to "talk the talk". I let go of my fears and worries, trusted and meditated...I surrenderd!
The day arrived - a beautiful August day - which I did not ask for. My children were all happy to see each other. Rev. Reese baptised the children in a special service. "Eyes" joined us and we all stated our intentions. The entire day and entire weekend was a blessing and healing.
What could've been a disaster - was a delight!. I Thank You Rev. Reese for your dedication to channeling "Eyes". I thank You "Eyes: for your teachings and helping me and mine on my earth walk and your uncondtional love.

Meditation and Expansion
They help me bring up some deep seated anger.
Anger from my childhood, feeling cheated and up tight all the time.
I use to kick things and throw things. Meditation helps me to release old memories and thought forms, old belief systems that had me guilt ridden.
My life is much calmer and happier now.

The tool of unconditional love works miracles. Unconditional love comes from truth, which brings joy. With unconditional love, there is no room for judgements, which are based in fear, no place for value judgements of right or wrong, good or bad regarding any situation.
Uncondtional love means being in our hearts, trusting that some benefits will come from every circumstance, that everyone and everything serves a prupose, which can benefit all.
When someone confronts me for any reason about my thoughts, words, actions, making judgements that are based in their own fears, I use the tool of uncondtional love. I am aware of how they are behaving toward me, so I choose to remain peaceful in my heart with uncondtional love and listen to them.
As, I am listening, I am focusing on their inner goodness, which is in everyone's life. As I remain in my heart with true compassion, which brings wisdom, I experience a change in their attitude toward me.
The dark clouds of fear based judgements disappear as mist in the air. My relationship with this person is usually better than before the confrontation. We have had an opportunity for inner growth, because of the power of unconditional love.

De Ja Who, the new CD....I was asked by spirit to meditate with this CD and to tell of my experience(s). Since I plan to do this again, this is a first understanding/feeling of the CD. I found the River of Time to slowly flow me into a relaxed state of drifting. As we broke and got to the A-O-M, the energy vibrations from this section were intense.(I believe due to the relaxed state that the River of Time had put me in.) The next time I use this tape to meditate, I will probably get to ice my cake and eat it also!
