MEDITATION

Meditation is a tool used to offer our physical beingness to relax, to release stress (fear) and judgements (fear) against ourselves and others...

It is used to interact with GOD, to experience GOD and others.

It is a tool you can use to prepare yourself for the next moment, next day, next week.

It assists you in opening and experiencing your heart when you are engrossed in fear.

Meditation is a way to love and nurture every aspect of your being.  It physically feels good.  It is mentally refreshing or stimulating.  It can be used to cleanse the emotional body.  It is a positive, uplifting communication with ego.

It is an educational backdrop, affording you the opportunity to expose yourself to the divine mind, to universal wisdom.

In general, It feels good!!!

Meditation can be free form, specific (healing, to gain knowledge or understanding and relaxation).

It can be done silently, with music, or guided.

Allow your body to be comfortable.  Meditation is supposed to feel good!!

If you are involved in a healing meditation, own the energy that is passing through you.  Not doing so limits its effectiveness.

By becoming a martyr I stagnate because I'm not acknowledging my importance, my own self worth.  What I do is important!!!

BREATHING

Breathing allows us to release and receive, to give and receive.

It provides oxygen to our physical bodies.

There are times when we forget to breath.  During stress, we tend to take short shallow breaths.  Limiting the oxygen supplied to our bodies.

Every breath holds the potential to be joyful.

If we keep focusing on GOD, we experience love.  It can become as natural as breathing.
