As GOD's energy enters the physical dimension as well as the human consciousness, we have the responsibility of encoding it either positive or negative.

This is based on our thoughts and feelings.  If we are in a negative frame of mind, we are encoding the energy with a negative vibration.

If we are in a positive frame of mind, we are encoding the energy with a positve vibration.

Love is positive energy.  Fear is negative energy.

Fear creates walls, seperation, division, dis-ease, decay, and eventually death of a physical nature.
